How to Care for your Product TOP
Each pair of Crystal Soles™ sandals are hand made using only the finest materials, unmatched in quality and durability. Proper care is always advised for your Crystal Soles™. While we do our very best to ensure the highest quality, stones can be lost. Crystal Soles LLC is not responsible for any loss of stones. Avoid extreme heat, water and sand.
Please treat your Crystal Soles™ like a piece of fine jewelry for your feet.
Delivery & Shipping TOP
Each pair of Crystal Soles is carefully handcrafted and made-to-order. Most orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days (excluding holidays). Please allow an additional 3-4 business days for shipping via UPS Ground or USPS Priority within the continental United States. In the event your item is out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified of any further shipping delays.
Alaska, Hawaii and rural area residents will incur an additional $5.00 charge for delivery.
**NEXT DAY DELIVERY available upon request.**
Any changes to orders or cancellations must be made by 5:00pm PST on the same day your order was placed. Please email us at email@example.com.
Wholesale orders will incur additional shipping charges and will be notified when ready to ship.
International Shipping TOP
International shipping requires a Verified Paypal account. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
Payments accepted are PayPal only. PayPal is secure and requires minimal setup to use.
Sales Tax TOP
Crystal Soles™ is required by law to charge California state residents sales tax on all products. All orders shipped outside of California are not taxable.
We are confident you will be delighted with your purchase of Crystal Soles™. If, however, for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt and must be authorized at email@example.com prior to return. The returned product must be unworn and in its original packaging.
Special orders are not returnable
Although we make every effort to keep our site and inventory up to date, we can not guarantee that all items are available at all times. Some items sell out quickly and may be out of stock or on backorder. If this occurs, you will be notified. You will not be charged for ordered items that are out of stock.
We retain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for an item with an incorrect price due to a typographical error or for an item ordered which is out-of-stock or no longer available. Crystal Soles LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Crystal Soles LLC shall immediately issue a credit to you in the amount of the charge.
All information collected by Crystal Soles™ is used for internal purposes only and will not be sold to or shared with any person, business, or entity outside our establishment. We occasionally send e-mail notices of our new lines, sales and special offers to customers.

Laurie Barbarosh, the founder of Crystal Soles LLC, has a passion for creating fashionable, artist-inspired flip flops and other crystal-embellished apparel. Laurie lives in Orange County, California and is a full-time wife and mother of two kids. She originally created Crystal Soles flip-flops while her kids were in school, and the business has grown through her unique designs of beautiful handmade flip flops with Swarovski crystals on Havaiana shoes. Today, Crystal Soles can be found in numerous boutiques throughout the country.
